New York Thespians strive to excel both on stage and off. The New York Thespians would like to recognize those troupes who achieve a high level of excellence by sponsoring the New York Thespian Honor Troupe. This achievement is meant for those troupes who do tremendous work in their school and community and should be recognized. There is no limit to the number who can apply or be recognized each year.

Awards will be presented at the New York Thespian State Conference in April. A framed certificate will be given to each school that earns a Bronze or Silver ranking, and a plaque will be ordered for those who attain a Gold ranking. In addition, each school will receive a letter addressed to their principal celebrating their achievement.

Note: New York Thespians wish to hear from all troupes! Even if you do not meet all criteria, we encourage you to present your troupe’s successes for consideration in the Honor Troupe process.
